1.27 Welcome New Editorial Board Members

Like most of GIFT’s programs, the Grassroots Fundraising Journal relies on a volunteer committee of amazing fundraisers to help guide our work. They make sure the articles we run are needed and relevant in the ever-shifting fundraising landscape, and that important stories are shared. They’re also the folks who pushed for GIFT to create this blog to supplement the Journal.

Please join us in welcoming 3 new members to the Journal Editorial Board:

Yasmeen Perez is the interim ED at FIERCE, a grassroots organization building the power of LGBTQ youth of color in New York City.

Megan Peterson is Deputy Director of the National Network of Abortion Funds, a network of 100 funds throughout North America.

Randall Quan is Managing Director at Community Resource Exchange, which provides training and technical assistance to hundreds of community-based organizations in New York City.

They join the current members of the Editorial Board:

Will Cordery is senior major gifts officer for the Southern region of Amnesty International USA.

Rona Fernandez is a consultant with Klein & Roth Consulting.

Dolores Garay is development director at California Rural Legal Assistance and is on the Board of Directors of GIFT.

Khanh Pham is Associate Director at National Radio Project, which produces the radio weekly Making Contact.

Andy Robinson is a seasoned fundraising consultant and author.

Stephanie Roth is the previous Editor-in-Chief of the Journal and a principal at Klein & Roth Consulting.

It’s a great gift to be able to serve on the editorial board; welcome to our new members!

If you read the Journal — and find it as useful as I do — please let us know what types of articles you’d like to see.
