I didn't get my last issue of the Journal.
Call or e-mail us.

I have moved and need to change my address.
E-mail info[AT]grassrootsfundraising[DOT]org with the following information:
Subscription number (six-digit number above your name in the address label), old address, new address, phone number and e-mail address (just in case we need to contact you).

Or simply call us with an issue you've received recently at hand.

I sent in my renewal payment but got another renewal notice.
Most often, your payment and our next renewal letter crossed in the mail. To confirm your renewal was indeed registered, call or e-mail us.

I cancelled my subscription but got a bill.
Call or e-mail us.

I had a problem with my online order / I want to change or cancel my online order.
Please e-mail webmaster@grassrootsfundraising.org. If you've received a confirmation of your order from us already, simply reply to that with your question or request.

What are my payment options?
For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay by check or money order, you can use our mail order form or call.

I would like to get permission to reproduce / reprint / distribute an article or content published on your website.
