It is the rare nonprofit board of directors that is doing enough when it comes to fundraising. The fault lies not with the board members but with organizational cultures that do not engage board members in developing a fundraising strategy, clarify the fundraising responsibilities of board members or train them to be effective solicitors. In this webinar, Bob Zimmerman will discuss the four fundraising responsibilities of board members.
