Founded in 1969, BCNC’s mission is to ensure that the children, youth and families served have the resources and supports to achieve greater economic success and social well-being. Beginning as a small group of community activists, the organization has grown to become the leading human service provider for Greater Boston’s Asian American community.

The next Executive Director of BCNC will lead from a position of strength to take BCNC to the next level.  The new leader will be able to continue BCNC’s leadership by playing a public leadership role in Chinatown and Quincy to develop the ecosystem of collaborating organizations while also being connected across the public and nonprofit sectors of Greater Boston. Demonstrated success in strategic organizational leadership, fundraising, staff/ leadership development, financial management and supporting boards in governing strategically are essential. Cultural, political and community competence are necessary.
