Centro Legal seeks an experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate Human Resources Director who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, non-profit legal advocacy organization, while skillfully handling a range of responsibilities in a rapidly changing environment. The HR Director is part of the senior leadership team and reports to the Executive Director.

The HR Director is responsible for overall management and direction of the organization’s human resource policies and activities including employee recruitment, development, relations, and retention, as well as employee benefits and maintenance of employee records. Centro Legal’s HR Director plays a hands-on role to ensure all personnel policies and practices are administered correctly, and that the organization remains in compliance with legislated mandates.
