Parent Voices Oakland is a dynamic, grassroots, parent-led membership organization working to make quality, affordable child care available to all families who need it. Since 1996, the organization’s leaders and members have used a variety of community organizing tactics to expand community investment in child care for low-income parents.

The Board of Directors seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic, financial, and organizing leadership to the organization.  Minimum qualifications are a working knowledge of community organizing principles, demonstrated organizing and grantwriting experience, and familiarity with government benefits programs.
