About us: 350 Bay Area, formed in 2011, is one of the largest and most active regional groups in a network of local affiliated climate action groups in the US. We work closely with but are financially independent of them. We are incorporated as both a 501c3 (2014) and 501c4 (2012). We are active across a wide spectrum of climate action areas including education, a speakers bureau, and our campaigns (divestment, clean energy, fossil fuel resistance, and BayCap) and are involved in local and state climate action and policy change, as well as direct action and mobilization, to drastically reduce fossil fuel use and to influence and accelerate climate solutions. We work with a wide array of partners and coalitions and are committed to expanding our work with climate and social justice allies and communities. This will be out first fundraising plan.
