Norris Square Neighborhood Project (NSNP), a non-profit, community-driven, bilingual learning center in North Philadelphia that offers innovative youth and community programming including after school programs for youth K-8th grades, arts and media programs for youth 14 and up, and urban gardening, is seeking an experienced Development Manager. Position Overview:
The Development Director plans, develops, and maintains a comprehensive fund-raising program to enhance the mission, vision, and visibility of the organization.  The position will manage development activities including: individual donors, external communications, and fundraising events while actively engaging board, staff and volunteers in these efforts.  The position reports to the Executive Director.
