Oakland, CA: The Foundations & Corporate Giving Manager is responsible for assisting the Chief Development Officer in planning, coordinating, and implementing the institutional giving program to meet the Foundation’s fundraising goals and expand the Foundation’s base of institutional support from foundations and corporations. The Foundations & Corporate Giving Manager is responsible for working with the program team and other staff to draft proposals and reports, submitting grant proposals and reports, tracking deadlines and ensuring on-time submission, identifying new funding sources and working with finance and program staff to track grant revenue and releases. While this position does not supervise direct reports, managing a team responsible for a shared goal and ensuring completion of assignments by other team members is a critical aspect of the job. More information here.
