The Development Director is part of the executive management team and works closely with the Executive Director to address organizational needs. The Development Director is responsible for developing, implementing and administering the Committee’s strategic plan for identifying, cultivating and procuring funds in support of programs and operations. The position will provide the leadership, strategic direction, and management for all fundraising efforts, including foundation partnerships, individual donor campaigns/events, law firms and corporate giving.
